JOEY FINALLY CONFRONTS ROSS AND RACHEL ABOUT HIS LOVE FOR HER -- A guilt-ridden Joey (Matt LeBlanc) finally fesses up to a speechless Ross (David Schwimmer) about his true feelings for Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) and the guys agree that it would be best if Joey told her over dinner about his unrequited love -- and let caution fly. Meanwhile, Chandler (Matthew Perry) gets defensive when Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) introduces Monica (Courteney Cox Arquette) to her handsome new boyfriend (guest star Harry van Gorkum) -- especially when Phoebe proclaims him to be Monica's long-lost soulmate just before the two hit it off and find they have much in common.
